Refund & Returns Policy

At Rally Sports Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of your order date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used sporting equipment
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of collecting your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items that are:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Different size or model (subject to stock availability)

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and made ready for collection. Once an order has been marked ready for collection, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
